This was my first time here at TSO Telfair. I must say I was exceptionally impressed and happy with the TSO front staff members. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. Lisa Le was absolutely amazing! Dr. Lisa Le took the time to explain to me everything I need to know about my prescription. Dr. Lisa Le  also went above and beyond her role as a doctor. I felt right at home when I was serviced by Dr. Lisa Le. I will definitely make this TSO Telfair my future go to! I highly recommended Dr. Lisa Le as your optometrist and all your eyewear needs.

I just wanted to share my wonderful experience I had at this location. I met with a wonderful and kind man who I think his name was Terry and he went above and beyond! He took his time with me, I never felt rushed and he made me feel confident in the glasses I was purchasing. I will be a returning customer just because of him and also the lovely ladies at the front desk they were also exceptional and very attentive. If you are looking for an eye care team this is the place! Thank you again guys!

Staff is really friendly and made it easy to shop for my new pair of glasses!  Dr was also very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions! Thank you Laura for helping me with not only my glasses, but also my kid's!  You guy's have a great selection!!! Will come to you from now on.

Great experience! I went in for an eye exam and to get new glasses 🤓  from the moment you walk-in,  they greet you with a smile. The staff was great, from the receptionist, Terry and Dr. Le, they do a GREAT job. This was my first visit here, they were very thorough, explained everything throughout eye exam and when it came time to pick out the glasses, they didn’t try to up sell me on things I did not need and they helped me pick out the best glasses for ME. I would highly recommend this place....thank you for making my first experience here very positive. See you soon

I went to TSO Telfair to get some contact lenses and I had Katelyn and Victoria help me.  They are both very friendly and helpful as well!  They will get you in and out in a timely fashion and they make buying contact lenses a quick and stress-free affair!

Very friendly staff. Took care of me well. Good choice of glasses. My prescription is so high and they shaved it down so much. Gonna come back👍🏽

Dr. Le has been my optometrist of choice for over 15 years!  She takes care of my whole family, including my kids as soon as they could sit still and read the eye charts.  They have a great selection of glasses at reasonable prices.  The staff is super friendly and supportive, the office is always clean and professional.  Conveniently located right off 59, and there’s always plenty of parking.  We highly recommend TSO Telfair!

"Eye" Really Love This TSO Yesterday, I had an appointment at the office of Dr. Lisa Le-Telfair TSO. Although Dr. Le was away from the office, I still received an EXCELLENT level of care from Dr. Nguyen who took Dr. Le's patient load. If I could take the entire TSO staff to other physicians' offices then, that is exactly what I would do. From the moment that you first walk through the door, you are greeted with smiles. When the time comes for your appointment, the optical technicians thoroughly explain the appointment process and they gladly address any concerns that you may have. Once you are sent to an exam room, the wait time is very short, less than 7 minutes. Dr. Nguyen listened to my vision woes and then she told me the outcome of my examination and what follow-up procedures that I should take if my vision problem changes quickly. Of course, I have to say thank you to Dr. Le's optician Terry. Terry is such a joy to work with. He establishes a rapport with you while doing measurements and refinements to prescription. In the past, people would frown whenever you said the name Texas State Optical. Well, that TSO is no longer around. Make room for the digital TSO. I highly recommend Dr. Le and her staff to take are of your vision needs. Schedule an appointment with them, you will be pleased.

I have never met a more knowledgeable doctor than Dr. Le.  She not only cares for vision but does medical treatment.  I go to her for all my vision needs and drive long distant just to see her.  Her staff is wonderful.  They always greet me when I enter the door and service me with their warm smile.

I have been going to Dr. Le for the last few years now. She's very friendly and very detailed with her exams. She takes the time to understand her patients and suggests whatever is  medically necessary. The staff here is also friendly and helpful when it comes to choosing from the many frames in the office. I would highly recommend this office.
